Dental Hygienist (m/f/d)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience | 28–38 h
To lead our Prophylaxis Department, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Dental Hygienist with a completed qualification and at least three years of professional experience, available part- or full-time (28–38 h).
Your New Role
Leadership & Expertise
You bring solid specialist knowledge, enjoy working with people, and are keen to pass on your expertise. You will take on the professional leadership of our 8-member team of certified prophylaxis assistants and serve as a reliable point of contact for colleagues and patients alike. Prior leadership experience is warmly welcomed but not required — those looking to grow into this role will receive targeted support and individual mentoring from us.
Focus Area: Periodontology & Prophylaxis
You are responsible for the professional care of patients with periodontitis and their long-term management within the framework of Supportive Periodontal Therapy (SPT). You will work with periodontal charting as well as high-quality hand instruments and state-of-the-art equipment, including premium NSK and EMS systems. Your goal is not only to treat patients, but to motivate, educate, and advise them in a sustainable and individualised way.
Holistic Patient Care Within a Multidisciplinary Team
In close collaboration with the dental team at our Dental Medical Institute, individual and coordinated treatment plans are developed for each patient — drawing on all relevant specialisms including implantology, periodontology, aesthetics, orthodontics, and more. You actively contribute your expertise to this interdisciplinary process and help ensure that our patients receive the best possible, well-coordinated care. A high level of professional competence and a genuine enjoyment of collaborative, eye-level teamwork are very much appreciated here.
What we are looking for:
- Completed Dental Hygienist qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Team player with leadership potential
- Interest in a long-term working relationship
- Empathy and enthusiasm for patient care
- Reliable, precise, and independent working style
- Excellent command of German

Team Culture & Shared Growth
At our practice, teamwork is more than a buzzword. Regular morning briefings give us the opportunity to align daily, learn from one another, and continuously improve together. Full-team meetings create space for development, feedback, and new ideas. And because team cohesion matters beyond the workplace too, shared team outings and meals are a regular part of our culture — because a great working environment is built on laughter just as much as learning.
