The custom-fitted aligners gradually guide your teeth into their ideal position. Since the aligners are easily removable, they don’t interfere with eating or oral hygiene. Every two weeks, you switch to the next aligner, bringing you one step closer to your desired smile.
Our dentist, Dr. Laura Krebes, a certified European Master of Aligners, guides you competently through the entire treatment process. She also provides targeted advice ahead of more extensive dental restorations — such as bridges, implants, or crowns — to help establish the optimal tooth alignment as a foundation.
Aligners are suitable for most tooth and jaw misalignments, ranging from minor corrections to more complex cases. During a personal consultation, we’ll work together to determine whether aligner treatment is the right solution for you.
Treatment duration depends on your individual case. Simpler corrections can often be completed in six to twelve months, while more complex cases may take up to 24 months. Your precise treatment plan is mapped out digitally in advance, so you can see the expected result before you even wear your first aligner.
For optimal results, aligners should be worn 20 to 22 hours a day. They’re simply removed for eating, drinking, and oral hygiene — one of the biggest advantages over traditional braces.
Most patients experience mild pressure at the start of each new aligner, which is actually a good sign — it means your teeth are moving. Genuine pain, however, is unusual, and wearing aligners is significantly more comfortable than traditional brackets.
The cost of Invisalign© treatment varies depending on the scope and complexity of the correction needed. Following your personal initial consultation with Dr. Laura Krebes, you’ll receive a detailed treatment cost plan that transparently outlines all associated costs. The initial consultation itself costs €87. Should X-rays be required, these cost approximately €160.
