To support the team in our modern, private dental institute, we are looking for an assistant for the reception area.
Your tasks:
- Patient organization (in person/by telephone/email)
- Contact person for employees and patients
- Appointment coordination for dental appointments, prophylaxis, general anesthesia
- Optimization of workflows
